I agree with D. Object versioning is enabled at the bucket level. Versioning directs Object Storage to automatically create an object version each time a new object is uploaded, an existing object is overwritten, or when an object is deleted. C is correct, (OCI) Object Storage RESOURCES cannot be shared across tenancies. Tenancies are the top-level organizational unit in OCI, and they provide a way to isolate resources and permissions. Sharing Object Storage resources across tenancies would violate this isolation and could lead to security vulnerabilities.
