Object versioning is enabled at the bucket level. Versioning directs Object Storage to automatically create an object version each time a new object is uploaded, an existing object is overwritten, or when an object is deleted. You can enable object versioning at bucket creation time or enable it on an existing bucket that either never had object versioning enabled before, or one that had its object versioning suspended.

C is correct, (OCI) Object Storage RESOURCES cannot be shared across tenancies. Tenancies are the top-level organizational unit in OCI, and they provide a way to isolate resources and permissions. Sharing Object Storage resources across tenancies would violate this isolation and could lead to security vulnerabilities.
