Attaching a block volume to an instance in a different availability domain is not a valid action within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Block Volume service. Block volumes can typically be attached to instances within the same availability domain, but they cannot be attached across availability domains due to the isolation and redundancy boundaries between availability domains.
i think D is the answer
you can resize ofline storage and remember Once the volume is resized and reattached, you need to extend the partition, but you do not need to rescan the disk.
