D is incorrect. If you place a savepoint at the beginning of a transaction and rollback to it, it undoes the entire transaction after the savepoint.
C is not correct, because you can only commit the entire transaction, not portions of it based on savepoints. Savepoints allow you to roll back to a specific point, but not selectively commit changes between two points.
A voting comment increases the vote count for the chosen answer by one.
Upvoting a comment with a selected answer will also increase the vote count towards that answer by one.
So if you see a comment that you already agree with, you can upvote it instead of posting a new comment.
