The correct answers are A. Grant a user permission to view details of all VMs on a specific cluster and C. Grant a user permission to create and delete snapshots on a specific VM. Explanation: Prism Element allows for granular permission management at the cluster and VM levels, such as viewing VM details and managing snapshots on specific VMs. Permissions like creating VMs on specific storage containers (Option B) or assigning backup operations to AD groups (Option D) are generally managed through Prism Central, as it provides more extensive role-based access control across multiple clusters and resources.

Based on my cluster, in prims element, you can create a user and not check any of the role options, and the user only have viewer permission on cluster. When you map an active directory group you can assing the backup Admin Role.

Isn't Prism Central needed to get as granular as a specific storage container or VM? I think it's A (Element will only include a single cluster) and D (no limit is mentioned) based entirely on the scopes of these tasks.

The two permission assignment tasks that can be accomplished via Prism Element are 1. Grant a user permission to create VMs on a specific storage container and 2. Grant a user permission to create and delete snapshots on a specific VM. With Prism Element, administrators can assign permissions to users and groups on a per-cluster, per-VM, or per-storage container basis. This allows them to control who can access which resources and perform which operations.
