A Item Pricing: This feature allows users to assign specific prices for items directly on a Customer record. It enables setting customized prices for individual customers for particular items.
Item Pricing – Use this subtab to set a price level or absolute price for items, as follows:
1)In the Item column, select the item you want to price.
2)In the Price Level column, set one of the following:
>>>Select a price level for this customer.
>>>Select Custom in the Price Level field to set an absolute price. In the Unit Price field, enter the price you want to always charge this customer for this item. Absolute prices you set here override all other prices and price levels.
>>>Click Add.
>>>Repeat these steps for each item you want to price for this customer.
Item pricing is setting unique prices for individual items in your inventory.
Group pricing involves creating price groups with multiple items and setting a single price for the entire group, offering discounts or special rates for bundled products.
Price Level both appears in Item pricing and Group pricing as a drop down to choose the price level, so is not the answer, I believe.
I would say A. Item Pricing
A. Item Pricing : set a price level for a unique item
B. Base Price : not available on customer record
C. Price Level : set a price level for all items
D. Group Pricing : set a price level for a group of items
D. Group Pricing
NetSuite’s item pricing feature allows for creation of price levels, pricing groups and quantity pricing. Price levels can be applied on sales orders or invoices, and can be set for different customers. Pricing groups allow for more specific pricing by grouping related products together.

Confusing question and no clearly correct answer in my opinion. Could be either Group Pricing or Item Pricing but those are sub-tabs that are only available if the Multiple Prices feature is enabled. Just all around badly written question.

Answer is C - https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/28118 price levels allow users to specify specific items and their prices. Pricing groups allows you to price groups of items per customer, and this is setup in "Setup > Accounting > Setup Tasks > Accounting Lists > New"
