Should be D. After Ontap 9 , disk larger than 6TB and more than 7 drives are required to use RAID-tec ,which contains 3 parities https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/ontap/disks-aggregates/default-raid-policies-aggregates-concept.html

16TB can only use RAID-TEC which uses 3 parity disks. 24 Disks - 2 Spares - 3 Parity = 19 data disks

raiddp 2 disk ,raidtec 3 disks as parity. since its 16tb , it will use 3 parity disks. 24-2=22 disks used 22-3=19 data disks
