fc-1 and fc-2, as you always have to use the WWPNs of the virtual interfaces (FC LIFs) which are running on the physical FC ports)

Agreed. A & B. "You must use the WWPNs of the target LIFs, not the WWPNs of the physical FC ports on the storage nodes. The LIF WWPNs are all in the range 2x:xx:00:a0:98:xx:xx:xx, where x is any hexadecimal digit.
