Booth B and D are wrong because you don´t need to enable FC! Have a look at the NetApp Docs Page "Configuring an SVM for NVMe" below. Step 4: They remove ALL protocols from the SVM Step 5: They ONLY add NVMe as an allowed-protocol Step 9 + 10: They create NVMe/FC LIFs on common FC ports https://docs.netapp.com/ontap-9/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.netapp.doc.dot-cm-sanag%2FGUID-4B666C44-694A-48A3-B0A9-517FA7FD2502.html
