According to this video it should be 2 Optimized Paths.
From the host to FC Switch 1 plus FC cabeling to the Node is the first Optimized Path.
The second to Fibre Channel Switch B to the Node.
For this topology, the answer should be B (2 optimized paths), as the Window host is directly connected to each FC Switch and each switch is connected to Node 1 that hosts the LUN.

ALUA optimized paths would terminate on the node that owns the LUN. From the diagram I assume it is node1.
Optimized paths:
Host-->FC1-->Node1(LUN owner)
Host-->FC2-->Node1(LUN owner)
There are two active paths from host to node1 LIFs who owns the LUN so there are two optimized paths to the LUN and two non optimized paths from node2 LIFs. Answer is B
