Should be C and D https://docs.netapp.com/ontap-9/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.netapp.doc.dot-cm-psmg%2FGUID-2808F15F-6057-4E43-9407-5B3CA274E6C5.html RAID-TEC is the default RAID policy for capacity HDD aggregates with disks that are 6 TB or larger.

I think it should be B & D. The question asks for which option will give max capacity & availability. Using RAID-TEC + 29 disks would have 26+3 in a single raid group. Using RAID-DP you would need to use multiple raid groups to stay within best practice so you would lose capacity with extra parity disks.
