The Answer is D
"If the vserver being renamed is participating in an Inter-cluster Vserver peer relationship, all the corresponding remote clusters will be updated with the new peer Vserver name."
From the latest ONTAP 9 Documentation: https://docs.netapp.com/ontap-9/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.netapp.doc.dot-cm-cmpr-940%2Fvserver__rename.html
Hmm, I would said D. If you check this KB: https://kb.netapp.com/app/answers/answer_view/a_id/1002573/~/faq%3A-what-are-the-implications-of-renaming-an-svm-in-clustered-data-ontap%3F-
it says ONTAP 8(ok i know that sometimes it applies for updated versions too. )
Here is the document that says the relationship will be automatically updated. https://docs.netapp.com/ontap-9/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.netapp.doc.dot-cm-cmpr-940%2Fvserver__rename.html
That document is for ONTAP 9.4.
This would state that D is the correct answer: https://docs.netapp.com/ontap-9/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.netapp.doc.dot-cm-cmpr-940%2Fvserver__rename.html
This says it's not possible: https://kb.netapp.com/app/answers/answer_view/a_id/1002573/~/faq%3A-what-are-the-implications-of-renaming-an-svm-in-clustered-data-ontap%3F-
