A and C are correct, the key is the iSCSI part, Azure Netapp Files and Clod Volumes for AWS do not support iSCSI. https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/cloud_volumes/aws/#benefits-of-using-cloud-volumes-service-for-aws NetApp Cloud Volumes Service for AWS is a cloud native file service that provides NAS volumes over NFS and SMB with all-flash performance.
