Should be B. Cannot be D because you can do JSON over HTTP as well. https://docs.mulesoft.com/dataweave/2.3/dataweave-formats-json. Out of remaining three, B is the most correct. If you think about process API as target Audiance for System API, Experience API as target for Process API and API consumers are audiance for Experience API.
