First exclude A option as it mentioned 'Processors'. But if C is correct, why not D?

I think A is correct. because choice as similar as if/ else if / else, so if the first one is true, then it should do not go other branches.

I think C is incorrect. "Only one of the routes in the Choice router executes, meaning that the first expression that evaluates to true triggers that route’s execution and the others are not checked.
