D is correct. First step is to build your RESTful API specification using RAML 1.0 or later. Design Center is the best tool to achieve this. Once you're done you can publish your new asset directly to Exchange. https://help.mulesoft.com/s/article/How-to-generate-a-connector-for-a-REST-API-for-Mule-3-x-and-4-x
