I was surprised about the given answer but it appears to be correct. Only Exchange Online is currently capable. Source: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/privileged-access-management?view=o365-worldwide where they say: "When will privileged access support Office 365 workloads beyond Exchange? Privileged access management will be available in other Office 365 workloads soon. Visit the Microsoft 365 Roadmap for more details.."

B. Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online Privileged Access Management (PAM) can be implemented for Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online, among other workloads. It's not limited to just one or two of these services but can be extended to cover these services and more, depending on your organization's requirements. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/privileged-access-management

✑The answer provided seems to be correct, look at this in regards to getting started with PAM step 3: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/privileged-access-management-configuration?view=o365-worldwide#step-3-create-an-access-policy This shows the Policy scope as: Exchange. ✑Test this yourself by going to 'admin center' Select 'Settings' then 'Org Settings' Choose 'Security & privacy' and search for 'Privileged Access' click the hyperlink text 'Create policies and manage requests' find and click on 'Request access' under 'Scope' the only option available is "Exchange".
