The order should be: 1. New-CsHybridApplicationEndpoint -LineUri in SfBShell 2. Assign M365 Phone System - Virtual User license 3. Assign the resource account to the call queue What I would exclude and why: Set-CsOnlineApplicationInstance is not applicable because we have the Hybrid, not a pure Teams. Assigning M365 Calling Plan is not an option as we want to use Direct Routing. Creating a Resource Account directly in Teams is not an option for Hybrid scenario.
