From the the Microsoft Teams admin center -> Manage Teams->Select a Team-> edit "Settings" tab, and you can find the enable/disable "Guests can delete channels" option under "Guest permissions"

This is possible within both:
Teams Admin Center via Teams > Manage Teams > Settings Tab > Guest Permissions
Teams Client > find the Team your are looking for > ellipsis ... > Manage team > Settings > Guest Permissions
I would go with A, purely because the MS-700 exam, is related to the Teams Admin role.

"You have a Microsoft Office 365 subscription", so i am the admin. There is no note that i am the team-owner. That means for me: i don´t have the team in my teams client, so i only way to reach the goal is the "Teams admin center"
options are the same in client (if you are an owner of the team) and mtac
both places have the same settings
mtac edit team - on/off
Guests can add and edit channels
Guests can delete channels
client (team i am an owner of) - check boxes
Allow guests to create and update channels
Allow guests to delete channels
