Old question, Windows Analytics is RETIRED: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/announcements/windows-analytics-retirement Its replaced by Desktop Analytics which is (ironically) also retired on 30 november 2022: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/desktop-analytics/overview But yes, you basically need a device configuration profile
