A company has complete control of the resources and security for its private cloud - Yes A Hybrid Cloud solution enables a company to control whether its applications run on-premises or in the cloud - Yes Explanation: Hybrid cloud computing enables an enterprise to deploy its most sensitive workloads in an on-premises cloud and to host less-critical resources on a third-party public cloud provider. This approach allows organizations to get the best of both private and public cloud models. Companies are responsible for capital expenditure when they scale up a virtual machine hosted in a public cloud - No Explanation: With the public cloud, you get pay-as-you-go pricing – you pay only for what you use, no CapEx costs. Is this correct? Yes Yes No?

First one is grey, private cloud means it could be in a data center managed by a 3rd party so you wouldn't have complete control. NYN for me.

Statement 1 is iffy. A private cloud just means that the cloud is only dedicated to 1 company. It could be on the company's prem or it could be built and managed by a 3rd party vendor. So I would say No for statement 1. If I need to explain why a company don't have complete control over a 3rd party vendor that built and manages a private cloud you should probably fail.
