Selected Answer: A
By using the "Add Microsoft Teams" link from the Sales SharePoint Online modern team site, you can connect the site to a Microsoft Team. When a SharePoint site is linked to a Microsoft Team: Integration with Teams: The content from the Sales SharePoint document library becomes accessible from the "Files" tab in Microsoft Teams. Folder Creation for Channels: When a new channel is added in the connected Microsoft Team, a corresponding folder is automatically created in the Documents library of the SharePoint site (in this case, the Sales site). This functionality ensures the required synchronization between SharePoint and Team

This question really really confused me. I had to go to SharePoint admin center and create a SharePoint site from scratch and choose "Team site" which apparently has nothing to do with Microsoft Teams lol so it's misleading. Then after it's been created, you can click on the site and you'll see "Would you like to add ‎Microsoft Teams‎ to this group?" and you can click "Add Teams" which will make a Microsoft Team with the Team name of the SharePoint site, and add existing members of SharePoint site into the Microsoft Team. Any subsequent channels that are added in this Team do end up in the document library for the SharePoint site. So it's looking like "A" is correct.

Tested it real environment. A Teams Team is created when using the add teams link in the sharepoint site. Creating a new channel in the team also creates a new folder within the sharpoint site.

Selected Answer: B
The correct answer is B. No. Using the "Add Microsoft Teams link" option from the Sales site does not automatically create a folder for the new channel in the Sales site. It adds a link to the Sales site from within Microsoft Teams, but it does not fulfill the requirement of creating a folder for each new channel in the Sales site. To achieve the goal, you would need to set up a channel in Microsoft Teams and then link it to an existing SharePoint document library or create a new one, which would not automatically create folders for each channel.

Selected Answer: A
A. Yes, this is a correct solution. By using the "Add Microsoft Teams link" from the Sales site, the Sales site will be connected to the corresponding team in Microsoft Teams, and any new channels added to the team will automatically create a folder in the Sales site, ensuring that the content stored in the Sales site is available from Microsoft Teams.
