I think the tricky part here is when it's mentione users are viewing the report in their mobile and data should be displayed based on their location. I was thinking in the report being able to "geo-locate" where the user is using the mobile...but I realized this would be too much!!! Now I understand "each user's location" means the associate geography associated to the user in the data behind the report. Then my vote is for solutions B and D and, of course, I'm suming some RLS based in that location to be set in the report

Chat GPT says the correct answer is B&C. option C is because it enables users to be able to drill down the geography hierarchy for their location. And also It can't be option D because there's no such thing as a Geography data type.

Is there a geography data type? Shouldn't the data type be text?

I would go with B and C. Use the columns of the geography data type in all visuals is not necessary unless you want to have many maps :)

If it were exam, I would go also with B&C, but we do not need RLS?

Should it not be A and B? You need the correct data type (should be text) and the correct data category (should be a geographical one) to be specified. There are two reasons why I think D might not be correct: D mentions a "geography data type". In Power BI data types are "Text, decimal number, binary, date, percentage..." there are no geographical data types but only geographical data categories! Also D states to use the geography data type in ALL visuals. In the description it is never mentioned that access has to be restricted for all visuals of the report...
