DRAG DROP -
You are designing new functionality for an existing model-driven app.
A field must display multiple selections to the user, enabling the user to select a value.
You need to determine which column type can support the required scenarios.
Which column type should you use? To answer, drag the appropriate column types to the correct scenarios. Each column type may be used once, more than once, or not at all. You may need to drag the split bar between panes or scroll to view content.
NOTE: Each correct selection is worth one point.

Suggested Answer:
Box 1: Lookup -
The LookUp function finds the first record in a table that satisfies a formula. Use LookUp to find a single record that matches one or more criteria.
Besides the normal formula operators, you can use the in and exactin operators for substring matches.
[!INCLUDE [record-scope]../../includes/record-scope.md)]
Example:
Filter(IceCream, OnOrder > 0) - Returns records where OnOrder is greater than zero.

Box 2: Global choice and Lookup -

Box 3: Global choice -
A choice column provides a list of values for users to pick from. They help streamline data entry in turn ensuring clean data. There are two types - local and global.
Local choices can are local to the table and column that they are created for. They cannot be reused on other tables. For example, a list of statuses for an application may not apply anywhere else (e.g. Submitted, In Review, Approved, Rejected). On the other hand, global choices are available across all tables and columns allowing them to be reused.

1) Lookup 2) Global choice. Lookup wouldn't be deployed with a solution because you also need to transfer data. 3) Both, you can reuse Global choice; and lookup same records multiple times.

Global Choice - "Existing Reocords" means Lookup values too Global Choice - You can't move the Lookup Values by simply using a Solution Global Choice and Lookup - both would work

For me it is: - Global choice (You can remove a choice from the global choice set and records using this choice set won't be updated, I tested it and the column displayed the "numerical value" of the choice instead of the display name, but the ModifiedOn did not change). On the other hand, if you remove a record from a related table, the one used in the lookup, the records will be updated depending on the cascade behavior ) - Global choice and Lookup (Global choice must be included in the solution because it is solution-aware. For Lookups it is something similar, as you create a relationship with a second table, if you try to migrate a solution with a table that has a lookup column with another table, and the second table is not in the solution, then you won't be able to do it) - It should be Global choice. For Lookups you can modify the form for each table to display certain view in the Lookup field, or even enable and perform filters on it.

You do not need to delete record from a related table, just inactivate.
