dynamic 365 could be saas or paas depends on licensing model: https://dynamicsblog.intersys.pl/en/2021/10/22/modele-licencyjne-microsoft-dynamics-365-business-central-on-premise-vs-saas-vs-paas-vs-iaas/ but here it should be saas in general so i think it is correct
