Editing interactions is not securing any selection in any page will be replicated for the same slicer in other pages. Making visible or hiding slicers is also not impacting the selection in other pages (and it would be difficult selecting anything in a hidden slicer). Slicers 1&3 must be sync'ed with equivalent slicers in all pages across the report

A. Use visual interactions to exclude some page visualizations from being affected by others. For example, in the Retail Analysis sample on the Overview page, the Total Sales Variance by FiscalMonth and District Manager chart shows overall comparative data for district managers by month, which is information that you may want to keep visible. Use visual interactions to keep slicer selections from filtering this chart. It is also clearly mentioned in Microsoft docs Sync slicers are used to sync all pages.

ChatGPT4 trained with the PL-300 reading materials: The document does not provide a direct answer to this question. However, based on general knowledge of Power BI and slicer functionality, you should: Sync the slicers on Page1 and Page3 (Option C). Slicer syncing allows slicers to be used across multiple pages. This means that if a user applies a filter on Page1, the same filter will be applied on Page3 because the slicers are synced. This would not affect Page2 as the slicers are not synced with it.
