Correct answer is D (Microsoft Teams-certified handsets) Microsoft-certified headsets can't not support following: Can access the Teams directory for dial by name. Can be administered remotely.

Answer is C. You cant manage a headset, handset remotely which is the second requirement

It's talking about hot desking. You wouldn't put a user in a room with an MTR. Also, there is no way to configure hot desking on a teams for android or windows. Just not possible.

I also vote for D. For 550 usd you can get a Crestron Flex 8 that supports hot desking, corporate directory access
