"You have five reports and two dashboards in a workspace. You need to grant all organizational users read access to one dashboard and three reports." The user have to have access to a subset of what is available in the workspace. The answer is No.

Selected Answer: B
"You have five reports and two dashboards in a workspace. You need to grant all organizational users read access to one dashboard and three reports" So we need to give access to a subset or reports and dashboards. If you give access to the workspace, they can see all. So answer is NO

Selected Answer: B
The answer is B: because A "Viewer" role typically grants access to read all the contents within a workspace, meaning a user with this role can view all the available information but cannot edit or modify any of it; they only have read-only access to the entire workspace content. Therefore, if Viewer role is granted to all organizational users , they would automatically read all the 5 reports and 2 dashboards . The correct answer is B .

To have read access, an user can be assigned as a Member or Contributor or Viewer. So assigning the users only Viewer role doesn't seem to be correct . So I'll choose option: B, "No".

I believe that it should be "NO". I mean, you can give them Admin rights as well and it will meet the goal but it is wrong on so many levels...

Selected Answer: A
When you assign all the users the Viewer role, they will get access to the one dashboard and three reports. Therefore, the correct answer is Yes. The fact that they also gain access to the other two reports is irrelevant.

Your logic is completely wrong. You have redirected the purpose of asking the question to a different purpose than you thought. This is so interesting!

After reading a lot of discussion and a lot of confusion; this solution is valid; It is said : create an azure Active Directory group with the « all users » group. Then you share the 3 reports and the one dashboard to that group. Basically…. That group will only see the 3 reports and one dashboard

Selected Answer: B
Assigning all the users the Viewer role to the workspace would grant them read access to all the content within that workspace, not just to one dashboard and three reports. The goal is to grant access to specific items, not to everything in the workspace

I go with A. I agree that you are giving access to all dashboards and reports, but it's not said that only must have access to one dashboard and 3 reports...

Correct answer is YES A. Yes, assigning all the users the Viewer role to the workspace would meet the goal of granting all organizational users read access to one dashboard and three reports. However, it may not be the most efficient or secure solution. No Confusion, no need to discuss further
