Lets look at the answers A - doesn't make sense there is no policy assigned D - EntepriseVoice is required, soo this option is off the table E - There is already assigned the same number, and the question says it doesnt work, soo its's unnecessary to write the same wrong command For me the most likely answers are B and C

This question is obsolate. Use Set-CsPhoneNumberAssignment. Perhaps C & D "were" the correct answer. C: SIP address with tel: and E.164 format. D: Telephone number in E.164 format.
