Log Analytics can monitor any resources regardless of the location of the resources. So It's the only one that can do central monitoring.

I think answer is C, activity log tells you what task has been done within your subscription and which user performed the action.

nevermind, you can send the activity logs to log analytics workspace and get the logs from there. D is correct IMO: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/essentials/activity-log?tabs=powershell
