First I was also thinking about Power Apps and Power BI. But after reading: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/model-driven-apps/configure-interactive-experience-dashboards "nteractive experience dashboards can be a one-stop workplace for app users, such as service reps, to see workload information and take action. They're fully configurable, security-role based, and deliver workload information across multiple streams in real time. Interactive dashboard users don't need to page through the application looking for a particular row; they can act on it directly from the dashboard." I'll go with Dashboards and Power BI

A Power BI dashboard is a single page, often called a canvas, that tells a story through visualizations. and then you have the dynamics CRM Dashboard which are a collection of charts (you know these ugly old charts which are limited to only a tiny number of 5000 records and airports have more than 5000 by day). but in this case its the chart and not the dashboard which does the job. but dashboard is a good answer as it is not specific for CRM nor PowerBi it could even be mixed. Who did write this question??!

for full north america, gpt counts 23 countries such as Panama. But excludes Colombia and Venezuela which I would include in North America because it is northern of the equator.

correction chart limit is 50'000 records which is still exceeded if you define the north america region by the eqator line. airline / airport business is big data

If it has said Model Driven App for agents it would have been easy as I dont like when they just say "Microsoft Power Apps" which means alot Agents: MPS Because the sheer volume of things they need will not be done purely but a dashboard, so you need a dashboard + model driven app (instead of canvas) so you can embed the dashboard and then have the app part do the other stuff Management: Power BI

"Agents need a solution to replace paper reservation checklists." which is done best by BPF. Other requirements too can be done via Dashboard (Model Driven App) Hence, Dashboard and PowerBI is answer.

Since you can go directly from the dashboard to the relevant table rows the dashboard is the major tool for the agent. PowerBI for management.
