Answer is correct. Tested this in lab. The sequence is correct Create the DL >Create teams Policy with private channel creation set to OFF>Via group policy assignment (Teams policies)assign it to the DL group. Who ever is in the DL is prohibited from creating private channels and the owner of the dl can decide which members can be added or removed from the DL

Minimal Effort. If you go out of order, you have to Create the policy, then create the Distro Group. then go back to the policy and add the distro group. Going in order you create the Distro Group, then create the policy and add the group while you are already in there. It i'snt much effort, but it is less in the end
