this is confusing because there is a info that all Contoso Users already have the M365 E3 licenses assigned, in that case the sales manager will not need O365 E3 license. But Phone System and Audio Conferencing is definitely correct :)

Communication credits is correct because of this technical requirement: All sales team users require inbound toll-free audio conferencing Toll-free is possible only with communication credits.

I agree. User don't need O365 E3 because they have M365 E3. Thye need phone system for VoIP and audioconferece for dialin, and communications credits for toll-free audio conferencing

Answer are correct. The minimum license you need for Teams Calling/Direct Route is either E3 + Phone system + Calling Plan. If you have DR you need Phone system. For Audio Conferencing you need the add on plus communication credits or else you might not be able to call some countries. ( Plus Toll Free you need com credits )

Pretty sure, communication credits is just for Calling Plan, but this is Direct Routing.

Communicaitons credits can also be used for dial out in meetings and for toll-free numbers with users using Direct Routing

Absolutely. Comm credits can be utilized for dial out functionality to certain countries which are not comprised in the existing pool of 60 mins per user per month.

This is wrong I think. The requirements state they only need toll-free inbound requirements, and they are moving to Teams from SfB. In my mind, this should be an E3 license, Audio Conferencing (although now included within E3 subscriptions), and the Communication Credits. It doesn't state they are using telephony (although a bit silly a sales person isn't making PSTN calls!) but that's how I read this question

I'd say it's E3 (need Teams app), Audio Conferencing and Phone System (Direct Routing), as it states "Direct Routing will be deployed for the existing SBCs.", so each user will need Phone System.
