A, C is correct. DIXF is used for data migration from AX 2012.

disagree , AX2009 has DIXF too, check the link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/migration-upgrade/ax2009-upgrade-export-package I think answer is correct (C,D)

You can use the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Data migration tool (DMT) to migrate your data from AX 2009 to finance and operations. Using the DMT is the only supported upgrade path from AX 2009. The DMT helps you find and fill gaps between the table schemas for each version, as well as helping you move your data. So answer is A and C.
