Both A and C should be the right answer, not only C.
Part of the labels functions is to specify when this content cannot be available anymore. which is option A. I am missing something here!
Yes, part of the label's function is too specify as you have explained correctly. However, when the question asks about labels themselves, I would associate that to a watermark, instead of a consequence of that watermark being applied. Hence I would go with C.
