B. No Modifying the Share settings of each dashboard individually will not prevent User1 from accessing all the dashboards. The Share settings of each dashboard determine the level of access for each user or group, but modifying them individually for each dashboard would be time-consuming and inefficient. To prevent User1 from accessing all the dashboards, the Power BI administrator should remove User1's access to the shared dashboards at the user or group level. This can be done by adjusting User1's permissions or removing them from the group that has access to the dashboards. By doing so, User1 will no longer be able to access the shared dashboards.

A can meet the goal but just not efficient. we could do it via: 1. Office 365 Group management Admin center 2. App workspace -> setting "Access" 3. etc...

I think the point of this question is the Groups management at Office 365 Admin center. From that level admin should move User1 to another group, which is not linked to Power BI workspace. Change dashboard setting 20 times? Of course it works, but I don't think it's the best solution.

Does this solution even use Power BI workspace (group authorization) if user admin uses dashboard sharing. If not, is there another way of removing user1?
