This question is interesting because it deals with the essence of the SaaS market standard. Specifically here as a servicing tool that manages Windows as a service. All the answers are correct. Windows Update for Business includes control over update deferment and provides centralized management using Group Policy or MDM (Microsoft Intune). Windows Update for Business can be used to defer updates by up to 365 days, depending on the version. These deployment options are available to clients in the General Availability Channel. In addition to being able to use Group Policy to manage Windows Update for Business, either option can be configured without requiring any on-premises infrastructure by using Microsoft Intune. You can use Delivery Optimization to reduce bandwidth consumption by sharing the work of downloading these packages among multiple devices in your deployment. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/update/waas-overview#servicing-tools https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/update/waas-delivery-optimization
