Answer Is Correct Microsoft Cloud App Security is now called Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-cloud-apps/connect-azure Before you create the Sensitive Info Type, you need to connect Security Center to MS Defender for Cloud Apps. Process that Salmantarik has on Q28 is correct.

To follow this, you do not need to connect Security Center or enable MDCA prior to creating a custom Sensitive Information Type. This can be done by the Microsoft Purview portal today, and could have before been done via the AIP portal (legacy). Therefore, it's still B...because this technology is redundant in the process of creating a SIT.
