I think so too, because in a previous question which was similar to this one, the correct answer was that all users are able to view the system event logs. (And security logs only with higher privileges.)

Only members of 'Event Log Readers' group can read security event logs. Other event logs can be read by everyone.

Hello moderators. Everyone is expecting that examtopics correct this answer. It's clear that the answers are View1: User2 only View2: User1, User2 and User3 Security logs are visible only to Event Log readers. If you are a member of the Users group then you can see everything inside the System logs.
