IMO, Answer for the 3rd question "Assign price group" is - "Assign two or more price groups to customers". The given answer "Assign a price group to Customers as 1:1 " means evey customer gets their own price group that doesnt make any sense.

In Q1 it would not make sense "Create a price group for all customers"?

No, we want to separate the 2 types of customers. "You can create price groups for those groups of customers that you want to handle in a similar way regarding price." https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamicsax-2012/appuser-itpro/create-price-groups

But wouldn't you "Create a price group for all customers" Since you are handling the price in a similar way? And then apply the discount to the reseller using a trade agreement?

Theres not mention of trade agreement on the answers. Based on the possible answers splitting up the customers into two groups makes sense.
