This is incorrect. *It should only be yes for the first statement*. I got this same question in a practice test on Microsoft's website. It states that resource reconciliation cannot be used to see the resources availability and that its purpose is to reconcile a team member's assignments against their bookings.

The Active Role Utilization chart provides insights into the utilization of resources based on their roles. It helps in understanding how much a resource (based on their role) is utilized and if they have any available capacity. You can use Resource Reconciliation to determine when the resource is available. No. Resource Reconciliation is more about resolving discrepancies between the planned and actual consumption of resources. It doesn't directly show the availability of a resource.
