I think to "end the topic when a user attempts to schedule meeting room for more than 10 people", you need to add a condition, that says when input is more than 10 people, go to end of conversation topic

3- Add a condition: A fallback occurs when the chatbot doesn’t understand the user’s input but still asks for more information to provide assistance. This doesn’t end the chat session. However, in this scenario, since we are viewing from an external perspective, we want to close the chat session instead of relying on the chatbot’s fallback mechanism.

The answer is already given in the 3rd question by using the condition " IF " End the chatbot session if the user attempts to schedule a meeting room for more than 10 people.

It's interesting, for the third it it mentions at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/authoring-create-edit-topics: "If you redirect to any of the following system topics, however, the entire conversation will end: -End of Conversation -Confirmed Success -Confirmed Failure -Goodbye -Escalate -Start over (also resets any global variables) But if you dig deeper they have a chart that shows the fallback topic will also end it... https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/authoring-system-topics

Create a trigger phrase Create a question node Add a condition I just created a new chatbot and verified this scenario. The first 2 answers are definitely correct, I created a "schedule meeting" trigger phrase that launched a question node asking if they had 1-4 or 5-10 people for their meeting. However, I think the 3rd option should be Condition. When I did the question node, it brought up 2 paths for what to do with the 1-4 or 5-10 variables. There's also a "all other conditions" option right there that you can use to End the Session. That just seems to be the simplest way to go about this and is more inline with the spirit of the question. I *was* able to go in and edit the Fallback topic to also end the session. But that took more work and that's not really the purpose of a fallback topic. I think this is a case of Fallback not being *wrong* on the 3rd option, but also not being the best answer.

A fallback topic does not end a chat session, the whole point is that is *doesn't* end the conversation, it falls back to an earlier topic.

For part 3, I agree it should be Fallback Topic as the question node is only gives options for 1-4, or 5-10 people. If the user enters a different answer to the ones provided it will trigger the fallback topic. "In some scenarios, you might want to customize how the bot behaves when user input doesn't trigger any topic. For example, you can build a catchall topic to capture unrecognized user intent, or use a topic to call back-end systems or route to existing services." https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/authoring-system-fallback-topic

The second is question node, not condition. Questions can be "multiple choice options, a number, or a specific string." You're asking whether the requestor wants option 1 (1-4 people) or option 2 (6-10 people). https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/authoring-create-edit-topics
