Default Meeting Settings is not listed as an answer, there is meeting settings and default meeting policy. Meeting Settings allows you to configure the email invitation, change network settings and configure anonymous users to join a meeting. Default Meeting Policy has the option under the category 'Content Sharing' to choose the screen sharing mode (Entire screen, Single Application or Not Enabled).
