Universal Resource Scheduling is a Dynamics 365 solution that allows organizations to assign resources to jobs and tasks. It helps assign the best resources to jobs and tasks based on availability, skills, promised time, business units, geographies - this indicates that the second one is Universal Resource Scheduling https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/common-scheduler/schedule-anything-with-universal-resource-scheduling First question is Optimizations - because of this bit right here "Customer satisfaction: Improved efficiency drives more predictable arrival and completion times and seamlessly schedules technicians for urgent situations." so high priority cases means urgent situation. Means this is Resource Scheduling Optimization - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/rso-overview

1. Resource scheduling optimization - provides several different types of scheduling optimizations... Single resource optimization: as changes occur during the work day (like emergency work, cancellations, or delays)... https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/scheduling-capabilities 2. Universal Resource Scheduling - "Because work orders are generally performed onsite, Universal Resource Scheduling schedules the resources with closest proximity to work orders, reducing travel time and costs." https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/universal-resource-scheduling-for-field-service 3. Connected Field Service

for me the second is correct. This is the link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/rso-overview at the beginning it says that resource scheduling optimization minimize total travel time

First one should be Resource Scheduling Optimization (as previously stated). Second one should be Universal Resource Scheduling (reference: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/field-service/universal-resource-scheduling-for-field-service#overview).

I think the answer to the first one is also resource scheduling optimisation. Its an example for conditional scheduling given here - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/modules/describe-scheduling-capabilities-of-dynamics-365-field-service/5-resource-scheduling-optimization-use-cases
