Question needs to be updated: Device state (deprecated) This preview feature has been deprecated. Customers should use the Filter for devices condition in the Conditional Access policy, to satisfy scenarios previously achieved using device state (preview) condition. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/conditional-access/concept-conditional-access-conditions#device-state-deprecated

The answers are sort of correct. 'Device state' has since been deprecated. You can use 'Filter for devices' to achieve the same results (and much more). https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/conditional-access/concept-conditional-access-conditions#device-state-deprecated
