Answer is B. The Compliance Policy settings. In the Device compliance policy itself, you can't enable Enhanced Jailbreak Detection. Go to Home>Devices>Compliance Policies>Compliance Policy Settings

I agree with B. There are two parts to compliance policies in Intune: Compliance policy settings & Device compliance policy. Under "Compliance Policy Settings" itself, you can find the setting "Enhanced Jailbreak Detection (applies only to iOS/iPadOS)" https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/protect/device-compliance-get-started

Answer B. Compliance policy settings These settings are generic and define the default behavior of the compliance policy. Here you can define what happens with a device which has no compliance policy assigned, by default this device will be marked as “Not Compliant”. You can also configure the usage of “Enhanced jailbreak detection” which is only supported on iOS/iPadOS and uses location services to more regularly check for a jailbreak.

answer A is Correct. From Reference Link Enhanced jailbreak detection (applies only to iOS/iPadOS) This setting works only with devices that you target with a device compliance policy that blocks jailbroken devices

From the link in solution, Device compliance policy is platform-specific (IOS) rules. There are two parts to compliance policies in Intune: • Compliance policy settings – Tenant-wide settings that are like a built-in compliance policy that every device receives. Compliance policy settings set a baseline for how compliance policy works in your Intune environment, including whether devices that haven’t received any device compliance policies are compliant or noncompliant. • Device compliance policy – Platform-specific rules you configure and deploy to groups of users or devices. These rules define requirements for devices, like minimum operating systems or the use of disk encryption. Devices must meet these rules to be considered compliant.
