When you come across these kinds of question, just use pure logic. Teams and Yammer are really not the point here. Same goes for Azure AD Identity Protection.

Answer is C You do not need a Mobility and Security license to register a device. I would instruct my users to login to Teams, and accept the registration, when asked.
