Technically correct, but I would not do that in real projects. Bot service is too restricted to deal with various email formats. Formatting of emails is too limited. And: Email is an asynchronous channel with quite a different nature than all the other channels.

Answer should be N/Y/Y. As of August 2023 Cortana has also been deprecated. Cortana is also not mentioned as a supported channel here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/bot-service/bot-service-manage-channels?view=azure-bot-service-4.0

N , Y , Y As of November 30, 2021, Microsoft has deprecated support for the Cortana channel in Bot Framework. Thus, no, you cannot communicate with a bot using Cortana through Azure. Thank you for directing me to the updated information
