In order and why: F: Make the app available in the Microsoft Store for Business By default it is not there you need to add it for your org D: Create an AAD groep with win10 devices (not assign it to all devices like android or win11 if the question is only for Win10) C: Assign the app to the group, i think this tell you enough

I don't understand why this is correct. If in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, you add a Microsoft Store App you can only make it "Available for enrolled devices" so then how can it auto install? You can only have it auto-install if you sync the app from the business store and then you can set the app as required so it installs. Check the Info box at the end of the Microsoft doc. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/store-apps-windows

I'm not sure this is correct. I work in a production Intune environment and if it is a "modern" app available in the Business Store, there is no need to create the app in Endpoint Manager. You simply go to businessstore.microsoft.com, search for the app, add a license, then add it to your company store. Now go back to EndPoint Manager, and sync it. The app will appear in "Apps". You can then assign an Azure AD group for deployment

But the answers provided are correct. I TESTED in my tenant. It works perfectly, although the steps are almost interlinked. The path is: Endpoint > Apps | All apps + Add > Microsoft store app > then the "strange" part: You have to open on another tab the https://www.microsoft.com/store/apps and search for the app. Copy the app URL then go back to Endpoint to paste it. Complete all the fields, assign to the Windows 10 devices, add a filter if you want (in my case I blocked personally-owned devices) etc. etc. It works.

Why should I make a group filed with all computers when there is an option to assign an app to All Devices?

Because the requirement is not ALL DEVICES it is All Windows 10 Devices.
