Is this question old? From https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-netapp-files/snapshots-manage-policy I can see that step 2 should be "Create a snapshot policy" and step 3 should be "Apply a snapshot policy to a volume". But what is step 1? I cannot find any reference in the docs that say you need to register either the NetApp Resource Provider (should already be registered since the question says we're already using ANF) or the snapshot policy feature (unless this WAS required before and no longer the case)? And obviously we don't need to create an Azure NetApp account since we're already using ANF.
