I think that espresso valves are not coffee but the coffee machine's parts. Since the first answer is right.

I think the first question has wrong answer. I guess espresso is part of item group Coffee and priority Table/Group/All, so in that case it should use account: 200190 https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/finance/accounts-payable/vendor-posting-profiles
